Are you experienced with soldering and looking for a stable first-shift opportunity? We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role working with electronic components and assemblies in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Location: Gloucester, MA

Hourly pay rate: $23.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly tasks
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and specifications
• Solder components using hand tools and soldering equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet production and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous assembly experience required
• Strong soldering skills required
• Ability to pass a hands-on soldering assessment during the interview process
• Comfortable working with small components and detailed work
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
